Named after the tiny town in Switzerland where our ancestors lived in the mountains, we invite you to visit Darvella Patisserie. Everything is made in house by our talented bakers and pastry chefs. We are proud to offer you a selection of croissants, breads and specialty cakes, as well as locally made Swiss cheeses and meats, savoury pastries and sandwiches.
At Darvella Patisserie we are proud to use only the finest of local ingredients. From sustainable flour from the Wholegrain Milling Company, to canary butter from New Zealand. Stanthorpe in our apple pastries and cheese from our local Swiss cheese maker in the Sunshine Coast in our croissants and sandwiches.
